Android 7.0 Nougat update starts hitting Motorola Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus

Years ago i was using moto g2. Updates were fast and succesfull. Then i bought general mobile android one. Every moth it takes security patches. Phone is working on 7.1. because of the best camera and finger print i bought this moto g4 plus and still no update in Turkiye

Hi i have a moto g4 xt1622 brought from carphone warehouse so is unlocked.
I have Not recieved the update to nougat yet for those that say they have what network are you on and is the phone locked to that network?

another guy with same build, in same country wrote he got it :/ weired i didnt install anything custom
