Apple leaks its upcoming MacBook Pro with OLED strip and Touch ID

25 October 2016
In a couple of days Apple is holding an event during which it will finally refresh the extremely long in the tooth MacBook Pro line of laptops. Details about the features of the new models have been leaking for months now, but today we get a confirmation for a few of them from the unlikeliest of sources: Apple itself.

We've had touch screens on Windows PCs for the longest time. And fingerprint scanner with the last year's Surface Pro special keyboard.

MBP are just useless for me, as they can't even run Revit and other programs I need without rebooting to Windows.

The macbooks are fine. What they really need to launch is a new mac mini which hasn't seen a redesign since 2010.

I remember when people said that the speaker grill beside the keyboard is ugly and the MacBook had a cleaner look. Wait until they see this XD

If Apple have put the horrible finger crunching badly laid out arrow key keyboard from the last Macbook on the new Macbook Pro, there is going to be civil unrest, fanboi facepalming and a mass defection to the Surface Pro 5.
