It says symbian^3. You have been able to watch youtube with Nokia for about 4 years. or maby 5. Nokia have had flash lite in their phones for so long. Skype also for years. Maby 3 years. so how did this post become a symbian bashing post? I love both the android and the symbian os I have a se x10 and the n8 and numerous other se and nok phones both have compramises that one does and the other doesn't so if you are a loyal fan to one or the other then go spew about it on that blog dont bash one just because you do not know how to use it to its full capacity, this is just like the whole ps3 vs xbox thing noone really cares they will buy what they want. And here I thought mobile useres where more mature about the gadgets we use. If you want to brag about anything brag about how awsome all this competition is, making all our phones better as the days go by, and the devs for litening to the consumers and being proactive about it.

Nokia N8 is really hell of a phone.Up to this I did not get any point that i can tell that they could have done this rather than that.Well the browser does not give a very lucrative attraction but its very much work worthy. The only point to me is the non user replaceable battery. Can anybody highlight this Why Nokia did this?

I really like Maemo. There is so much potential for it but seems Nokia is not really interested for it which is a shame as I was really looking forward to Maemo 6 and hoping it was possible to update that on my N900. If it wasnt for Maemo, I would have probably been using an Android OS phone, iphone or BB depending on which I thought would be nice for me at the time. N900 came out n I thought it was perfect. 10 months after I bought the N900, I think its brilliant, just miss a few basic phone must haves like the famous caller groups and other standard basic stuff like assigned ring tones and ofcourse more apps are needed. Otherwise its great, not comparing it to Android or Apple OS here.. just in its own class its great. This would probably be my last purchase of a Nokia device as I don't like Symbian, I think its an outdated OS thats just gone through some updates and face lift. I have always been a big Nokia fan having own over 20 Nokia devices including the likes of N70, N95, E90, 9500, 9300, 9300i, my very first 6110 which was amazing and many others and N900 will surely be the last Nokia for me. Symbian is too outdated after using Maemo any day and with the likes of Android, Nokia is out of my choice for sure and I have spent a lot of money on them and I wonder how many others are going to do the same or have already switched to another brand because for the same reasons. Its only a matter of time before the mass no of people who are well adapted to Nokia OS finds the likes of Android and other devices over Nokia. The lower segment will always remain to be for Nokia I suppose.

IMO, I think Nokia is going to find it more and more challenging to come back to catch up on their lost market share. Symbian can never challenge Android as an example. With more and more users preferring android now thats widely available in different handsets, I think its a matter of time before Nokia gets the boot & goes back to selling what they started with.. Shoes.
