I would rather buy the xiaomi 5 plus

I still have OPO , it is 2 years and a half old now. It costed 300 euro/USD (damn conversion!) and it trully was a flagship killer.
Now OP is almost 500 euro/usd (i'm 90% sure that they will use same rate of conversion).
Why would I pay 500 euro for this? It's same as HTC 10...(I know, better specs in OPO3T, but my point is that in 2013 OPO was HALF the price of HTC 8/Samsung SG5) .
Kind of disaaapointed, especially because this is a transitory model till next spring when OP4 will arrive.

AnonD-442017, 08 Nov 2016Since android 7 will make the phone daydream (VR) ready the... moreIt actually needs to have a QHD AMOLED display for that (2K is basically 1080P and LCD is non-compatible). That would be the smart play for OP, since VR is literally THE killer app right now.

But has anyone ever known OP to be smart? Not I.

Well the "7" in the video could mean a lot of things:
                -Water resistance
                -7" tablet
                -Android Nougat
                -7 days till the launch....

Im really wondering what it could be

From past experience that's how OP work, start a new project and leave the old one behind, they haven't fixed the camera issues on the OP3 yet if, has rumoured, the 3T uses a different module do you really think they'll ever be fixed? Time will be the judge.

Lol the speculations here are running wild, T-7 references the countdown sequence NASA does everytime they're about to launch a rocket/payload into orbit, you guys are overthinking it. As for the phone itself if the $80 increase applies to the 128GB version then I say it's worth the price, otherwise not.

For all we care, they are straight-out compatible -- you will always get the same full support that OP3T would have (and vice-versa).

No mention of "3" anywhere though so still just guesswork it's a 3T phone, it could be just as easy be a 7" Tablet? All we really know is the device is using a s/d 821 and the number "7" is involved somehow, it'll be interesting to see if it changes to T-6 tomorrow or stays T-7.

Since android 7 will make the phone daydream (VR) ready then I reckon the phone will most likely have 2K display.

                                      This or LePro 3 ($300) ? ^_^
