i had same problem with my late deceased huawei y220 , 40$ phone that had plastec instead of protective glass . lol cheap overpriced apple .

Apple are very quaky. They mention that touch disease is an issue that affects iPhones, which have repeatedly been dropped several times; thus, making people pay for the repair. In other words, touch disease is your fault not Apple's. You want it to be fixed? Pay for it!!!
