Lithium batteries do occasionally explode, even in e-cigarettes, so it's not only a Samsung thing. Yet those incidents are so rare that it's dumb to obsess about them; it's like never travelling by air because one flight out of 1,000,000 has a problem!

Thankfully the S7 family isn't affected by the same problem as the Note 7 otherwise Samsung would be in a pathetic state. Every manufacturer, be it Samsung or any other brand, should make sure their products are 100 percent safe before making them commercially available. I hope the Note 7 fiasco is never repeated. :D

It wise to skip the whole 7 & future 8 series from Samsung. It'll take time for Samsung to correct itself. But I have confidence they can do it but just not possible to do it in one generation. Good luck Shamsung!

Yeah you guys can criticize all you want but the s7 family is the best option unless you are locked into iOS ecosystem...less because s7 is exemplary and more because competition isn't bringing anything to the table...

There has been another case in HongKong S7 blowing up, they can't even determine the cause of the NoteBoom 7 exploding so what makes them say it is safe?

He even bow down to the public. Only asian do that kind of stuff as they emphasized manner. I dare american company to bow down in public; they cant because of ego.
