Apple should optimize the iPhone's signal reception (antenna technology) rather than focusing on less important stuff. iPhone 7/7 Plus can't beat Blackberry Z30 in signal reception even though Blackberry Z30 was an old product.

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2016I hope apple doesn't remove the charging to. I bet the wire... more"Charging to" - to what? Oh, you meant "too". Kappa And yeah, wireless charging has been great all these years I've used it. Turbo Charger on my Nexus 6 (from 2014, still has wireless and fast charging) does charge the phone much faster. But the wireless also is nice to have.

As long as there is going to be mindless people buying for the brand, they will continue to take every single penny form these poor people with each time adding a new phone with new features no one use after a week (3DTouch for example) and forcing people to buy expensive add-ons overpriced and using closed proprietary technology (the new AirxpensivePods for jack-less phone).

Clearly the benefits of qi are lost you, kid. And guess what? If you prefer - you can still plug in those devices too, because unlike Apple's 3.5mm jack, the port hasn't been removed, it's an additional charging method - not an imposed limit.

HaHaHa
Coming from an Apple and Android user even I have to admit that Apple took a long time with this. When this phone comes out I have a feeling Apple will make it sound like the wireless charging is the best new invention they came out with.

Reading comprehension doesn't come naturally to everyone so I highlighted the part about USING your phone, not charging since the conversation concerns the usability of your device while charging.
Good for you that you can charge your phone once a day. You can have a cookie for that.
What's the point of newer technology if it limits you from what you could do before. That's the same logic Apple used to justify removing the headphone jack. I guess you were one of their main supporters in that move. When wireless charging allows you to charge your device several feet away from the charger, let's talk. That's moving forward.

So many iHaters & Fandroid forgetting that Android is also behind Apple in a few things as well & have had their own version of an Apple idea a few month or years later such as an app store & a way of using your phone to pay for things like a credit or debit card.
