that is groundbreaking news. Because SD821 can compete with M6Y30. The next chipset will be even better. Adding the Win10 support would be wonderful

Yep. It will be an interesting next couple of years.

Since Intel gave up on x86 mobile SoCs, I guess this was Microsoft's solution for their Surface phone. Very cool stuff. I want to see a laptop shell you can plug your Surface phone in. The phone becomes the trackpad and you get your full PC experience. I think ASUS had something similar but obviously not on this level.

Not sound good for intel and amd and nvidia seems they will dead after maybe 5 years arm start to be faster and good battery life and open source means any oems can design cpu not waiting until intel shrink nano meter

"New chips will need to be made for this type of compatibility, due to lack of standardization of the CPUs at this point in time."

What type of standardization? Is this an excuse or you genuinely can't upgrade my Surface RT to run the full windows tablet?

Its a great feat if they could have the next Surface phone to run the full OS, however. Really look forward to that. Great job and good luck!

Now... Onto the real problem... Will, this time, Microsoft do it right?.... Only time will tell.... :)
