Ok I made a mistake, I admit I was an idiot for thinking that super amoled is better than bravia. I was just reading about bravia mobile technology and it indeeds seems the best display we will get on a phone.

nick, 10 Jan 2011i can only conclude you have never seen a super-amoled disp... moreMy brother has a Samsung GS, and its wonderful vivid screen, but oversaturated, im not saying it has awfull viewing angles, im saying according to the pics posted here on gsm arena compaing the Arc, Galaxy S, and Iphone 4 screens, you could see it clearly that the bravia engine has so much better viewing angles, not to forget that your talking about Sony's over 50 years of TV experiance

Nokia must react soon or it will remain as SE as a second tier.
Listen to Samsung when they say that by 2013 the want to be the no 1 phone manufacturer...and for sure they are going to be.

why do you insist on defending a company that has led down customers again and again and again?
sony ericsson's customer service has been dreadful over the last few years. some of their phones have been so far behind the competition it's not even funny. why do you make excuses for all their mistakes?
brand loyalty is just mad. it makes no sense. i just buy the best phones out irrespective of who makes it

why do manufacturers insist on researching different screen technologies and investing in factories to match demand for amoled/superamoled displays...WHEN LCDS ARE THE BEST ALL ALONG!
you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig...an LCD is an LCD screen. it's washed out and cant offer the same viewing angles as a superamoled display.

i will not trust sony ericsson again .when i brought Sony Ericsson X10 also announce this phone can update to android 2.2 .But now cancel .Now i used sony ericsson x10 update to android 2.1 for the firmware will get many problem always auto restart . Sony Ericsson is it i will brought ur smartphone next time.i think i will not !!!! Sony sorry make fo.o.l

Ugly phones, using the same Symbian OS which cant be really that smart since i used for more than 1 year.

the only thing you can distinguish is the brightness and the saturation

everyboby is looking for secondary camera... this is the only missing part of xperia arc... and if it has front facing camera... the time will stop for all mobile companies lol..
