Had to turn internet off & put on low power mode. Last hour I turned the brightness down as I was on 20%.
Did make me think if going there was a one off as I have never experienced that kind of battery life on a modern day Smartphone (iOS or Android).

Still, how ever long it took to get to 100% it still lasted longer than I expected it would on a full charge & clarifying that there is nothing wrong with the battery in an iPhone, regardless of size. My missus has an S6, she didnt really use it on the trip but she was down almost 40% which I was shocked at as she normally gets good time from her S6 so put it down to weak signal & constant searching at times.

To me, so long as it works then I do not care what the phone is but iPhone is my preference & I am getting more & more use to Android as I have a G5, fella.

What if us... moreNot being a lawyer or anything so I can not really comment but I am sure if Samsung gave you enough warnings to take it back, warnings about the software/battery degrade & warnings of when to expect the phone to lose all signals then Samsung would not be liable for anything. Could be wrong & it could be based on countries laws.

What if users are in the middle of an important phone call and all of a sudden their Note7 bricked and unusable. People could lose their jobs. What if the user have life threatening health emergency and the only phone they have is the Note7. If Samsung abruptly disable all their phone they would put risk in so many lifes. And its actually make Samsung most vulnerable to get lawsuit and compensation claims.

Herodroid, 10 Dec 2016why samsung doesnt really fully take care about this? if th... moreI agree with your comment as I think Samsung should of taken a better stance on this whole situation, it started well & now they are just trying to slowly force people to send them back.
But at the same time I agree with what someone else has put, it is strange how there have been no reports of any more Note 7's smoking or exploding since the recall. Is this because it is old news & not many people will care now?
I think the best possible outcome would of been for Samsung to say that if you do not send them back then it is fair enough as it was unclear which ones had this issue but you keep it at your own risk & with no support at all.
