Even the ones they have are full of bugs and developers doesn't seem willing to update them.

It's better if you don't use touch. You use tablets mostly with touch. Windows is better at 12 inches and above. At 10 inches you get the netbook experience which is not the best...

Good thing is that you can dual boot android so I may take a look at this tablet.

OK, ok, that's a good offering ... all it needs (is) a proper tablet OS and it's good to go.
Sorry windows is great for ultrabooks, but below 10 inches is hardly serviceable.

ev thing seem good until you see it use eMMC storage. It would be good if they use ufs 2.0 or ssd. Not to mention the price will jacked up to $500 by vendor. I can buy a Lenovo Mixx 510 for $599 with a peace of mind of local 1 yr warranty.

does it support digitizer pens?
8gb RAM would be good (for win 10) and the m3 should be good enough (it's a tablet, afterall). If they would include support for digitizer pens, this can be a very strong contender to replace the Surface 3 (non pro).
that said, i don't think they will stick with 8gb RAM if they ever made an android version.
