But i won't complain if it will have4gb .
But one thing for sure ,Sony should adjust their prices. They Should price their flagships at least equal to galaxies . When a Sony xperia launches, that is one month after galaxy, it sells for 850, while galaxy is already50 cheaper than launch price ie 650 from700.

Yeah XZ is flagship: screen? One of the best LCDs, SOC? On part with the rest, Ram?yeah, a bit lower,but can't see difference in reality, rear camera? On par with the rest, selfie camera? One of the best, speakers? Decent front stereo speakers, battery? Good battery life. What's missing that you don't call him flagship?

Sony is too insensitive.... Boxy rectangular, poor sound and huge bezel phones? Look at Huawei specially the new Curved Glass P9 phone how beautiful it is. Huawei is an amateur in the industry but look at how they aggresively prospered in the market. In Oman, you can seldom see Sony displayed in vendors' shelves. Its either samsung, huawei or iphone. One time last month my friend and my boss ask me what i can suggest as they want to purchase new phone. He opened his browser and typed the specs he want (4gb+ RAM and 128gb+ memory) then no sony came out. They asked the specs of my phone Z5 Premium and they commented ONLY 3GB RAM and BOXY? Disappointed... The day after they both bought S7 Edge... So where is Sony?

Why more SD820 devices? They have X Performance and XZ at this size, then we don't need another 5.2 in SD820 device. They should rather focus on implementing SD835 into their lastest devices.

The single reason I said 8GB is future proof, because when a device runs out is RAM is very laggy and the difference between 4GB and 8GB is maximum 40$. It's worth it.

Herodroid, 15 Dec 2016xz is not flagship.XZ is not a flagship??? Then what? It is a great phone with smooth interface and great camera. Maybe not so good as Galaxy S7 or iPhone 7 Plus, but definitely one of top 10 cameras at the market right now. Fingerprint reader with nice display and 3GB or RAM. What is not a flagship? And by the way - Sony camera for me is best on the market, because you can tweak shooting mode a lot and squeeze the best from the scene. Maybe is not your type of device, but do not tell that it isn't flagship.

Sounds great, I am really hoping they bring a 8. inch tablet to the table too. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact was absolute quality and even if its from 2014 it's still one of the most powerful (3GB RAM), thinnest and solid tablets around. When Sony wants to, it really puts out quality worksmanship.

since snapdragon 800 everything is running smoothly and the difference between soc generations is 1 or 2 seconds difference between opening ups and almost unnoticeable faster general performance.
You are blinded by numbers and marketing. If your current phone runs everything you throw at it fast and it's alright, there is no need for a newer phone. Companies are upgrading every year to stay in game, it doesn't mean "oh there is a 5% better phone, i have to get it"
