Samsung rolls out yet another Galaxy S7/S7 edge Nougat beta update

It's largely a bug fixing and improvements-centric update, save for the removal of the Samsung Note app.

No other phone company offers that much customization. So it makes sense that it will take longer to update and to make sure it's bug free. Also how many phones does Samsung have to update?

      Is this beta 4 or 5, I’m on 4 now, but everywhere is calling 5 a 4. Haven’t recieved the new update yet, tmobile united states

              Other smartphones like the lg g5, sony ect. Ect.is now running android 7.1. Why samsung? Are you still searching for the problem of your note 7?

                          Google has released the Nougat update, so Samsung LG Sony all get the same product

                          In testing this Samsung has found errors (remembeer Google is essentially NOT marking its own answers)
                          So generally nougat is one size fits ALL
                          So rather than a slightly flawed effort

                                        LOL! While other manufacturers have released their official N update, this Samsung is releasing trial/beta version only.
