a tocco lite with the odd change and wifi,its meant for the entry level young teenage market and it will do extremely well there like the tocco lite has

Well... their first one did sell very very well.. and out of every 3 people i know has owned one!
I'll let you off samsung, keep with the budget phones during the recession!

Look nokia 5250 with spb shell mobile lite-free(with 10 homescreen),symbian^1,360*640pxl display resoulation in 2.8" at €100 but mistake was not added 3g in samsung star 2 s5620
