6-inch Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus is on the way alongside 5-inch S8

23 December 2016
New rumors from South Korea say the bigger model will have almost the same physical size as the Galaxy Note7, but fit a bigger screen thanks to smaller bezels.

I like S8 plus screen size, but no necessary the edge/curved screen.

What a I found many people buy S7 Edge or Note 5, just for the bigger screen, never use the
edge function on the S7 Edge and Pen on the Note 5. I, myself have been using Note 5 for over years, only remember that I took out the pen a couple of time. One time, I dropped the phone, and lost the pen. The floor has carpet, I didn't realize immediately. After a few minutes, I realized the pen is missing. I went back to the place and found the pen on the floor.

Do you understand what that is? The 6inch S8 Plus will have the same footprint as the Note7. The body size wouldn't get bigger but smaller instead while making the screen bigger. Do you get it now? Just imagine a normal 5.7" Note device; now imagine if you take away all of that bezel surrounding it leaving the screen alone. It will have the same size as a 5inch smartphone with thick bezel. That is what Samsung going for.

Have to say the S8 is looking like it HAS to be good, from all the bad that sammy has done if they don't then it's going to be a massive problem for them.

HTC will play it safe but cover more bases, can see them taking over.
