Asus has complicated naming system. I recommened Asus for my sister but could not find its certain review with a lot of the same names. Then, I left Asus for Xiaomi to avoid unclear products.

As a Zenfone Max user, this phone is a joke. They designed the Zenfone 2 series really well, just needs lesser bezels, but it was flawlessly perfect. Then this year, you came up with the Zenfone 3 series which looked like a Samsung/iPhone clone combination with a little touches. Now you came up with this ugly piece of crap? If this phone would have a SnapDragon 6xx processor, this should cost $350 at max, and going beyond that price range would make this phone a total trash. Even the durability of your phones are lagging behind. I just dropped my Zenfone Max on a concrete at a waist height facing down, and to claim the screen is a Gorilla Glass 4, I got the whole glass shattered everywhere. I wish you weren't lying to us because I checked the nearest Asus service center in my place, went there, and they told me that there was no service center in them (not an official service center, but Asus claimed there was a service center in there). The second service center they recommended me was way too far from my place, so I was disappointed and just asked some engineers to replace my screen for 1/4 of the price I paid. For the same price I paid for my phone, I could only ever think of devices I can get that are way better. I just wished I was patient enough to wait for the old J7 price to drop to my budget range, and get that with much better internals, durability, and in every aspect except battery. Asus, if you really want to compete in the market, please improve your marketing strategy, because my friends that uses Samsung can easily get their phones fixed because of the availability and great service from their manufacturer. My Zenfone Max better receive the Nougat update before 2017 ends, or else I'll switch to Samsung
