24 January, 2011
We just dug out some photos of a Nokia-branded MeeGo tablet, along with some specs. We are not sure... Update: False alarm - it turned out that the device pictured is just a reference platform...

[deleted post]Dude, seriously, everybody knows that video is an in progress experiment from xda to port meego to a phone it's not designed for. It's becoming trolling and spamming.

[deleted post]thats right market is a testimony to success of android and Ios. they stole huge chunks from symbian share.
most analyst say market is too saturated for meego.
so all comments from Nokia fanboys are bs.

Anonymous, 25 Jan 2011Um, all OS'es came from scratch...But market was not saturated when Android and iOS came out.
Plus market is definitely not stagnant for them. There's no reason i see for meego to make a major impact.

The Samsung Infuse has a 4.5 inch touchscreen and it's considered a phone.

Seriously, something must be done with the overpopulation of trolls.

4.5inch is no tablet to me, it's a phone. HTC already have 4.3 inch phones. Lookin'forward to it.

Whatever Company gets and supports Meego the most, that's the company I'll be going with.

I just saw this leaked image in another Nokia-based site and the pic is incomplete. If you scroll down the FULL article, we can clearly see a Nokia N900. But I was so confused, the first two images are other devices but the rest of the pics is a Nokia N900

MeeGo need a few time to go for run stabled, by that time Android and i OS will be extremely well established, so like symbian ,meego can't beat i OS & Android ...!!!

Nokia is really falling behind android devices.

[deleted post]A tablet with keyboard is like a small netbook. People buy tablets for portability and so, battery life and UI are most important to them. Ipad and android tabs will eat up this one.

Moar rumour and speculation. Good to see extra info, but without any sort of certainty all this news does is drum up the old rivalries for no good reason.

It would be nice if Nokia produced a tablet - ~7" like Galaxy Tab. But better than that would be a successor to the N900 - the N9. I'm not going to comment on any hardware itself that isn't confirmed though. There's just no point.
