if you're holding the phone in your hand,facing you....that's the front of the phone you're facing....right????
so which means that's the camera sitting at the back of the phone would be facing backwards from the front....right????
got it????gooooood ;-)
btw,tecnology constantly changes every minute....so no phone will be the best forever!!!

Two backwards-facing cameras....just so it can take 3D pix of the person holding the phone. What a waste ! What it needs is two forward-facing cameras so that it can take 3D pictures of the scene that the user is looking at with his/her forward-facing eyes! Why cannot people work out the difference between forwards and backwards? Is it really that difficult?

Do you realise what you are saying? Iphone screens INCLUDING the retina display are bought from LG Display (which is part of LG Elecronics Corp) the memory is Samsung the chipset in Infinion. Appl are just great at slapping it together (in China by Foxcomm) and marketing it well. Apple are not innovative at all.

Like the iphone, it does NOT provide flash! When asked, iguys say 'we have skyfire!!' as if other platforms dont!
Back to N8!
It is may be slow in web experience right now, but it is an allround device!
It CAN take great pics, nice videos, great multimedia, solid built, superb connectivity, nice screen, great file manager, life time support!!
AND new web browser is coming soon :)
but you see, many androids lack this allround thing!

why we still comparing the fon with iphone? iphone 4 is not really succesful product....other company is not coping the iphone,they just show that iphone can be beaten by other phone....so,we must support this developement of the phone technology.... no techology is perfect right...it can change from time to time....

Symbian can do everything android can but maybe a bit slower. So I just don't understand what is soooo much better in android???? Please explain. And I'm not even close to Nokia employe and I don't think Nokia is the best but I also don't think android is soooo much better!?!

S... moreOn 24 month contract you can often get the most advanced Androids for almost the same costas any outdated Symbian from Nokia, N8. Symbian can not be compared with Android, and MeeGo will not be as good as Android already is, but dessperate Nokia-fans will always say Nokia make the best phones, but do not forgt that many of the Nonia-fans here simply are Nokia-employees that want to fool you into buting N8 or E7. Do not bother to listen tp the o viouse lies from the Nokia-fan when they say Symbian is better than Android, and MeeGo is still so bad that not even Nokia yet want to put itin any of their phones and tve constant delays, and rumors of even cancelling, N9 is simply because MeeGo still is to bad.

Saying that this copies the iphone is like saying that the i phone copied the startac. A phone is a phone and im pretty sure that apple werent the first manufacturer to envision the touchscreen form-factor that dominates the market today.
That said, i wont be jumping on the 3D bus anytime soon. I think the whole 3D fad, ie. cinema, tv, consoles etc, is just another way to get us to hand over money and give us headaches, not a way to further our experience.

As it is intended to be a 'mobile phone' for mobile entertainment!

[deleted post]only Samsung Galaxy s2 is a direct iphone4 copy,they copy 80% of iphone looks even the track pad.
others copy 20% of iphone4 looks.
