The only way for those new Nokias to stand out of the crowd is to be development-friendly. But I have doubts about this becuse HMD hardly has any people to do this job.

Well to be honest its look like Nokia is going to use their name to bump sales.... and nothing more. Really bad move.
There is no point of such device, because there is lost of similar devices with even better price range, because I can bet that Nokia will put a bit high price on that and advertise it as "better than others, because its Nokia!"
Right now there are only two ways to survive in mobile market:
1. Make high-end device in low price(but make it less available, like eg OnePlus)
2. Make Middle-end device with average spec, but keep up good quality and materials.
anything else is waste of resources and time of users. Right now you can get really good device for 100-200Euro(im assuming that that will be price of that nokia) with WAY better spec.
Making bate using only name "Nokia" will be really bad move, and beside initial hype, it will be forgotten in few months after release.

This is a entry level phone and it is a good one ! Not all need flagship devices. Nd Nokia will cover other price group too . They are not apple

I am disappointed with this divice. They should just come up with High End device. There are lot of Mid Rangers out there with Lower prices.
