i would never buy a wp7 phone, you don't even have the homescreen, and that's the least problem

    I haven't used this version and I don't wan't do. My experiences with windows mobile was terrible!!! So I have decided not to buy any windows mobile products any more. In my opinion this still holds also for this latest windows mobile version. Even for the computer OSx works much better dan windows. Overall I still will choose for Nokia.

      Its disapointing and not understandable how come microsoft disable the option of sync the phone with WM7 to outlock directly.
      I have HTC HD7 with WM7 and I want to sell it becease I can not sync the phone directly only via hotmail. I don't understand how micrsoft did it ? and how HTC ounch phone without the option of sync directly to outlook. BIG DISAPOINTING.

          the hack should not be named "jailbreaking" :
          jailbreak = iphone
          root = android
          hello ox = symbian

          so let's have a contest about naming the hack procedure for winphone7 :P

              A real life incident.

              I was in a shop checking on new devices. A guy comes in, around 50 years old and goes straight ahead for the most expensive. An Htc hd7. Takes the phone at his hand, the salesman approches him. Without any delay or prompt the customer decides to buy it. Few seconds after i watched him leaving with his 630 euro device.
              The whole incident didn't last more than a whole minute.
              I went to check on the phone myself, right after. Devices are activated and working on this shop, so i attempted to write a text message to see how the virtual keyboard feels like on wm7. I notice that it is in English and i just can't find how to turn it in Greek...
              Frustrated i ask.
              Salesman replies "You can't. Hopefully, after the update."

                it actually now got 7k apps.

                =D

                after the update this january, more people will buy wm7 phones, i think they are just waiting for an update since windows phone 7 is really a good OS.

                  Not impressed at all. Nokia sold 5M Symbian ^3 devices last quarter despite of the component shortages.

                    I'm very happy with mine, some great features on the OS, love my subscription service which wins hands down compared to any other OS. And the promise of updates and the fact that they are listening to consumer feedback I think is awesome. Keep it up Microsoft, your doing well, but still room for improvement

                          2 million not bad, but Andriod and iPhone are better choice.
