Seems like a 2016 phone with no extraordinary specs for that price. Only a fool would buy this compared to the phones in that price bracket.

Half the price HTC,you will.not sell a 2016 phone for that price in 2017.In a month a bunch of new flagships will come with the same price. Is anybody still buying HTC anyways?

Looks like a mix of ideas from different phones: Samsung back, iPhone front, LG V20 second screen.
But 3000 mAh battery on that screen...no thanks. I wonder what did they do with all the space inside the phone...

It won't have sapphire glass. They'll be releasing a "special edition" with a sapphire glass later this year.

I feed there is no distinction in the design of this phone. it is Sammsung like, battery is capacity is lower than expected. really I do not understand why HTC is opting to lower battery capacities compared to the same/similar specs contenders.

Why put effort on a device that's gonna get overshadowed in a few months time by the SD835 packing flagships? Shouldn't they put all those resources on their main flagship for this year? They seriously can't afford to muck about.
