Anonymous, 14 Jan 2017Windows are appless and featureless. While I'm a Windows Phone user and are happy in general to read about Windows Phones, I would gulp your comment down with a pinch of salt. You bought 3 flagship devices? I'm a Lumia 1520 user, by the way.

What I wrote specifically puts an accent to this fact. The 4s is way cheaper than the DTEK60, and with the same ROM and a sticker,no one would realize you have a 4s and saved a couple hundred dollars in the process. When you can't read a comment, you don't make any comment either, genius.

Why in the world a device would coen with a free VR headset if
            1: Only 1080p
2: No VR apps for the whole platform?
At that price, if it had Android instead it would be a good purchase (you could flash the BB software and put a BB sticker and people would think you have the DTEK60).

It may be nice to have a lot of choice for OS but developers are not going to release half a dozen versions of their apps. You don't even have a decent mapping app for your expensive HP Elite X3.

I am sick and tired of reading all this "you shouldn't report on Windows phone" crap. Not everyone needs to fill their phones with apps they never use. I have an s7 an iPhone 7 and an HP Elite X3, My sim is in my X3 and has been since the beginning of Dec, the other two are consigned to the drawer for safe keeping. It is far better to have a choice of OS rather than be stuck with only two.
And lets be fair, if Google had supported Windows phone instead of shunning it then we would have a different story, but they were afraid of the competition 3 or 4 years ago. I don't use any Google services on my S7 and never will, apart from the OS. Shocking company with shocking business practises.

                                  "with Windows 10"

That's where I stopped reading. I understand that GSMarena is about phones in general, but let's be real we're in the era of the smarphone. When your phone is not being supported by a great majority of big app makers or your apps are outdated as heck you're not a viable platform in this day and age.

I have stopped reading news with "windows" on top since late 2013 ... I wonder why are they still reported, nobody buys those phones ... there is a real need for smarphones today, dumb phones are not a very interesting market.
