                Yawn.

Everytime bigger and curved versions of Galaxy S are more successful than the regular ones but this time it seems regular S8 will be more successful because of its smaller footprint for a 5.7" screen phone. One phone for those who want smaller phone and those who want bigger screen.

This phone is gonna be a real masterpiece, if rumors are true. Definitely getting one. :)

                        SAMSUNG FTW!!!

I can bet ... moreIf they were to use already manufactured parts then why there is a need for them to postpone S8 if not for proper testing? Samsung is no small company to repeat the same mistake twice. They may use the screen but not others.

Would go for the regular S8. I think big phones are past their prime.

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2017He's right, 130x65 is the threshold for one-handed use. The... moreThe report says S8 has 5.7" screen which has lesser than S7's footprint. That means it's more compact than regular S7 which is infact is a great thing. If someone wants a phone to use with one hand then they can buy iPhone SE or any they feel comfortable with. If the report is to be believed then Samsung has done a great thing to fit bigger screen in smaller footprint that doesn't hurt bigger hands. Note7 has 5.7" screen and still feels little compact compared to 5.5" iPhone 7 plus. But 6.3" S8 plus is a bit of too much. Even thiugh it will be compact without much bezels but still they would be well advised to go with 5.7" S8 alone.

Honestly iPhone SE isn't the only phone that does that. The Sony Xperia Compact series of phones had already done that way before Apple.

They will reuse every part from Note 7 they can. I can bet that Screens, buttons, even batteries will be recycled :-)
It's huge waste of money to not use those components they already manufactured and they count in milions.
And that's why they postponed s8 to april. Not better internal testing.
