after a Mate 7 , Mate 8, now Mate 9 with 6 gb ram 128 gb memorie really good phone!
after this one i am gone try a XIAOMI as huawei is getting expensive.
Mate 9 is a FANTASTIC phone!

Wow! 128 GB of ROM and 6 GB of RAM is coming. The 4gb version is already beating all phones only Xiaomi mi 5s plus and One plus 3T are the phones that are able to stand toe to toe with the King Mate 9. This two phones are 6gb RAM phones so they run very fast. Now Mate 9 with 6gb is going increase the winning pace hahahaaa.

They 2 totally different things
1 can be made higher by getting bigger SD card slots the other can not.

You clearly don't know how important RAM is to android. You think it's merely to load Apps, but instead it does other things as well (acts as an ultra fast ramdisk)...

You have a basic model and if you add up little bit more, you are buying premium... More storage and in this case you'll get end RAM bump too... So basically, Huawei is giving more for a money

If i order 1+ it cost 440$ and with transfer rate it is around 4200Nok, plus i have to pay 25% tax on that but even without it, P9 is cheaper.
In most other markets it's priced from 450-500$,so i see it as same prise.
Honor 8,is good 60-70$ less.

If you wo... moreNo having different storage is fine thats been the standard for years we can change that by having a SD card slot so it sint an issue but having a s7 edge with 4gb of ram and then just 2 months later another model with an extra 2gb of ram is taking the mickey.

If you would like to coun as you count Huaweis... You could do same with all versions of S7 (32GB, 64GB...) same with Edge... And there are iPhone 7 with 32Gu,there os one with 128GB, and also one with 256GB. 7s plus also comea in 3 versions....it is same thing, except Huawei adds up RAM too.

Great phone, but if not size, i don't see any reason to buy it over S7 edge for 250-300$ premium.
