AnonD-491921, 16 Feb 2017Original is not Free to play and have no microtransactions.... moreI am pretty sure I have played Modern Combat 4 on my Zenfone 2 last year (I am now using an Honor 6X). I reached like 3 stages on NOVA 3 Freedom Edition but did not feel the need to purchase anything in it so far, so I guess that is a deterrent to trying the original.
X86 processors are a sad tale though, they show great promise but ended up being abandoned.

They are going to have to get real with their pricing if they plan on pulling this off. I loved my Zenfone 2 4GB/64GB; it was fast and powerful and priced at a sweet spot for the features it offered. I wanted to upgrade to the ZF3 Deluxe 5.7" model so bad... until Asus decided they would put their kids through college on each phone that they sold. So long Asus, hello ZTE Axon 7. For roughly the price of the ZF3 I go a phone on par with the Deluxe and don't feel like I was the main attraction in Asus's circlejerk.

Phones seem ok for the price, but that software...nope. Need to make it much lighter, more like stock Android, no bloatware.

As per other comments, Asus needs to follow what Apple did to be super successful;
Make only a few models, at most Budget, Mid and High end.
So three models per year; follow that with at least 2 years of timely android updates. My reducing the number of models, they can easily delivering a far better customer service because their resources won't be stretched.

Anonymous, 16 Jan 2017I loves asus product. Own the Asus Zenfone 2 with intel Chi... moreI do kinda agree with you. Asus needs to work on pricing, market availability and advertisement. But otherwise, they do make some pretty interesting phones in a world where were are swamped with iPhone-esque Android midrangers. Case in Point: Their Zenfone Zoom series, Tango AR phone and the superb battery life of Zenfone Max.

lol Asus... First try to make your phones available at all. Most of the countrys outside of Taiwan (like the rest of the world) had to wait 6 months after the Official release of the Zenfone 3 series to even become available for them.
By that time potential customers already jumped ship.
And now they want to double the sales?
Probably only in Taiwan.

The dearest knowledge suporters.Undoubtedly asus has some unique qualities in many of its products.1 setting 2 html5 with google support 3 its advanced file manager 4 using intel atoms 5 multi touch and even some more....O.K.Now to have more shares from the market,asus must get rid of those ambig names first, reads people,s unbiased opinions and complete gsmarena reviews,not to forget after sales updates upgrades and cares,...NO MORE HD products,complete wifi,bluetooth,4000mAh batteries , and just trying winning the hearts plus following its own guidelines!!!yes.otherwise ....Justice Rights means fact writing on moral guidelines criteria,....Omid12Omidvar....
