AnonD-350946, 17 Jan 2017No one cares right now for any windows mobile. I clicked on this article because it was interesting and I cared but I guess I was wrong since you told me otherwise.

You should make your own news site and feature only things you know someone cares about. Like Brad Pitt letting out gas during rehearsals'.

Clarification, 17 Jan 2017It is 1 year 2 months old... Come on now...Haha, LOL! :p True, but that is an eon in the smartphone realm. Have you ever seen any major manufacturer not release a single flagship in a calendar year (2016)?
The Lumia 950's were announced in October 2015 but there is no indication that they are going to make any new announcement, even in this year.

AnonD-350946, 17 Jan 2017No one cares right now for any windows mobile. Well, I do, along with the rest of 1% Windows smartphone owners. And since I upgraded to a Win phone, I wouldn't think of going back to Android in its current state. Too many issues, outdated design, zero security, limited customizability options, resource hungry, slow, feature-less basic apps (contacts, messaging, email, calendar, calculator, alarms, etc.), all while Windows offers so many nice features and much more.
But if people care more about having access to countless copies of the same app, tons of fart generators, and silly games, then Android is the #1 choice for them.

It could even be a full W10 OS. As of now W10M is still in development and anyone interested can join the beta program for fast updates.

Unfortunately they might not bring any budget or midrange W10M phones anymore, instead they will focus on Apps for Android and iOS to expand there user base. Actually Microsoft is earning good money with Android.

Oh, and guess what? Google actually CONTINUES developing Android, unlike some pathetic people at Microsoft who thought that giving up on the platform would be a good idea.

Deal with it, your Windows Mobile platform is, unfortunately, as much as I love it, pathetic. Low amount of apps, sometimes unstable, and more. Plus, unfortunately for us, Microsoft is focusing on the business customers, not on the ''normal'' customers who want a ''normal'' smartphone. Have a nice day :)

I was desperately waiting for a polished successor to Lumia 950XL as I wanted to see Windows 10 succeed. But considering that the last Microsoft Windows 10 flagship was released 2 years ago in 2015, it's safe to say it is a dying platform, unfortunately. :'(.

Even GSMA reports that it's usage is decreasing.
