Haven't you heard about screen self cracking issue faced by Z5 Compact and Z5 customers all over the world? Which Sony didn't acknowledge the issue at first. Even you can find lot of Z5 and Z5 compact owners complaining about their phones' screen getting cracks without any drop/hit. What kind of durability you are talking about? Glass, no matter which brand, always breaks now or later depending upon its thickness. The durability kind of self-cracking screens?

Sony, on the other hand, sold more units than other competitors like Google and LG did

Name a single chinese phone that can do that

Sony is definitely a very underrated phone company in the world. They deserve more praise than Samsung or Apple gets, and I don't even think both of them deserve them at all really.
While I do agree that the G5 looks crap, the Pixel still is just nowhere near a "decent" designed phone compared to Sony's. An XZ beside a Pixel XL is like a phone from 2017(XZ) beside a phone from 1990(Pixel XL).
Yes, they are. People in the past were talking nonsense like "Waterproof? Who's going to use their phone underwater anyways?" And now it's becoming a must for flagship standards. Sony had glass when Samsung had plastic, then Sony had aluminum mefal when Samsung had glass. Soon, Samsung will follow Sony once again.
The XZ definitely looks darn beautiful. Forest Blue looks amazing, but I like Mineral Black more, but Platinum looks the most premium. The Mineral Black sometimes turns Brown and sometimes Purple, so you get 3 colors in one color, how amazing is that? And Apple got this stupid Jet Black to attract more people's fingerprint at the back for thieves to unlock their phone. Do I even have to mention the headphone jack? Nevermind Apple fanboys will be triggered. Samsung's Coral Blue S7 and S7 Edge looked like a toy of a child. The auto-detonate feature is definitely useful ONLY in military camps.
There's no such perfect phone as the XZ. Where do you get a phone with dual front-facing stereo speakers and waterproofing at the same time? IPhone 7 and 7 Plus don't even come close. Even Samsung and Apple are now having stereo speakers, AGAIN something Sony already have in the past. Dual camera is a pure gimmick. IPhone 7 Plus dual camera loses to the XZ single camera. Hi-Res audio is a huge separating factor for the XZ that no one ever sees. A camera comparison of the iPhone 7 rear camera and XZ front camera would be a challenging fight for Apple lol. EIS, another thing that everyone is now copying. The Pixel and Pixel XL have it, but still behind Sony's. Software! Shoutout to Samsung fanboys who are using the S7 and S7 Edge, tell me when Samsung will ever release back their Nougat update with 0 issues like Sony's. Our old Z5 series already have it, and your latest phones doesn't, lol. In 2018, Sony will accomodate OLED on their Xperia flagships, and when that happens, bye bye Apple and Samsung in the world
