come on Nokia, stop shipping symbian or atleast spend millions on re-programming it. It's old fashioned and boring, probably for old people.

The specs on the german page indicate it's got an ethernet port. If that's the case then it's no smartphone, no Nokia N9.

The Specs don't make sense FWVGA (854x480) says phone.
But it also lists Gigabit Ethernet which means netbook, and Bluetooth 2.1 is a step backwards, plus a 1.6Ghz processor? and Intel HD Graphics?
It's a Development Platform... Nothing to see here.
(At the very least it's not a Nokia)

Nokia is preparing for one other shot in their own fut, just like they did with maemo device!
I mean who will be interested on device with new OS, where everything has to start from the beginning no software to enjoy it at all, and wot do you really need that all MHz's if devise looks ugly like that... ah i forgot, they meant for kids, the kids made like that yeah sure... who else, when there is symbian, android, bberry and aplle with lot of free software to enjoy the time.

It's probably just your standard NetBook running a 1.6GHz Atom processor. That spec-sheet is basically every NetBook on the market right now. Likely that's a dev/test platform they've been writing bugs against.

Kives, 02 Feb 2011Don't wanna be the party spoiler, but those bug reports are... moreWell, i just looked at one little detail in these specs:
Video
- Graphics Memory: 512MB
- HDMI
- Display: 480 x 854 Pixel
There's no way they would put such a resolution on a netbook/notebook.

Don't wanna be the party spoiler, but those bug reports are from Nokia Booklet 3G with MeeGo-OS installed.
Compare the specs and see.

[deleted post]"I also thought the reason why all Nokia S^3 devices used nHD was to prevent fragmentations that Nokia fanboys keep crying about with Android?"
What made you think that? You're probably grasping for straws. You're here for an argument. I hope they don't give you one...

[deleted post]They talked about that on S^3. Isn't this a MeeGo device, with an operating system that is different than S^3? Also, apps can scale and be ported easily when using the Qt framework. The framework is compiled in the builds of S^ and MeeGo.
