Apple Innovates? No! They just play with consumer's mind and compel them to buy their crape at higher price. If it was apple who innovated then we din't had IR Blasters, Shutter buttons, dual SIM, Secondary displays, Fast Charging etc etc. Innovation is "in past which seems imaginary is true today" What has innovated with iPhones? If apple is good then it is just at it's marketing and software team which is somehow still able to manage iOS.But if someone say it's innovative then it's not.

thgun2, 21 Jan 2017Apple just don't know when to quit. If Apple win the law su... moreOr maybe to pay banjo for every apple purchase of overpriced crap they sold with false claims to justify higher pricing.
For instance like phones. Sure they developed ios....but that was a long time ago. And it was inferior to flip feature phones in numerous ways of physical specs and software of course.
And through all this time have done horrible at doing anything to make it worth it or more advanced other than claiming it's faster

Is this about how Qualcomm would charge the manufacturer a licensing fee for using (standard essential) Qualcomm patented technology in their products (chips), but then also charging the purchaser of said chips a licensing fee for using the chips containing (standard essential) Qualcomm patented technology? Does anyone commenting on this have a clue what they're talking about?

Apple just don't know when to quit. If Apple win the law suite, the US government should make them pay the taxes they owe from it.

Apple can not talk. They have been murderous robbers for years. Nor do they play fair. Nokia have been so patient trying to get apple to pay far price for patent use. Thinking hypocritical apple could get away with it. Nokia had no choice but to go them for it.

AnonD-5197, 21 Jan 2017They innovate new algorithms to generate reasons for lawsuits. Such innovation. These algorithms are easy to copy. It is fairly simple:
:1
If X= Better or as good as Apple;
Then sue;
Goto :1
But now it is:
:1
If X= Company;
Then sue;
Goto :1
Their timing algorithms are improving over the years though. They went crazy when the GALAXY SIII released, but they fixed it afterwards.
For reasons to sue, they have a lousy algorithm that is filled with false statements (as "Apple innovated for many years" or any sentence that contains the string " Apple innovates" and that isn't followed by "does not")
