The reason why windows 10 mobile is a failure OS its because is a fake window OS like in many computers as a sample in our business we are running windows OS our billing ang collections system I can ported to any windows running computer and view our consumer record but when I tried to put on windows mobile OS it's not running that the reason why windows PC users use Android instead.

That is by all means no surprise. With end of manufacturing for Lumia's and a Surface phone in the pipeline it's rather logical sales fall below 1M. Besides, I haven't seen any advertising for W10 mobile or Lumia phones. I purchased a discounted Lumia 650 last December which is a formidable phone. And I still use my Lumia 930 since 2,5 years.

Windows Phone need more apps... give developer free access to publish an app

Lumia market share is so low and Microsoft still charge developers to create an app.....

                        Just waiting for Surface phones.

Dark Reed, 27 Jan 2017Well said. I'm a hardcore Android user, and even then I agr... moreYep, I like to play with all OS's. I never liked android but I think Nougat has scored them a lot more points in my book. Android was always known as the slow OS and people still have that mindset in the windows world but honestly it's not anymore.

I like the idea that MS is trying to change the paradigm of what a phone is. Keep in mind that phones were always about cellular connectivity. Now they are smart, so you just made a computer into a phone. MS with Windows 10 on arm plans to release laptops/hybrids and other types of devices running full windows and with cellular connectivity. Also the ability to buy data from the MS store. Eventually having a cellular connection will become standard. Then it will be about form factor and who provides you with the best solution. I think the future for the next little while will be foldable devices. Having a small device that can transform into something bigger when you need it to. Except they won't really be phones anymore. It is a new category really and so this is the only chance MS has to swoop in again. Always at the start of a new paradigm.

...and yet again we get to laugh at all the MS diehards that still think these phones are worth having.

I think that in MS they realized that they are missing positive messages so they decided for a new objective that they can meet: how to become worse in support and availability than Blackberry....

They are actually pretty good in destroying their own stuff. Well done MS, excellent performance! This is the way to go....

Now, Nutella and all the other retards, just leave the keys on the desk and turn off the light before you leave..you need to do it soon!

Microsoft, shut it down. Make patterns avaiable for Nokia again. Go to hell with your stupid OS. Let us see PureView, ClearBlack, Rich Recording and 3D Touch on Nokia phones again!

I am a lumia 730 user for two years now and so dissapointed the way ms handle those updates. And the apps they have in the store its way behind those in android and ios.I am not a heavy user just some apps like fb messenger skype and some games but the usability and ease of use is so frustrating.I mean like skype its their own apps but its not feature rich like in ios or android.
