i was confused about my phone which i bought last january 5 because whem my friend told me that my phone is not original its because of the camera was not clear espicially when i have my video call in messenger its so dark and nit si clear even tthe lights is on or open but the person i calling comment me that they cannot see me clearly its so dark so when i try to check and i found out that this phone is manufactured by vietnam and the battery is made in china
as far i concerned is that tge battery and the phone itself is compatible?

its not yet 1 month but i fell the phinebus not good its fake because its always hang and if i wrute message eadily locked the phone even i set already 30mns to lock the phone
willbyou please help me to explain clearly what happened to this phone
i need honestly answer of this problem
i want to go to samsung costumer service and told them to change the phone

i wish make it fast to update software of j2 prime because many users of j2 prime was irritating to its camera cause since we update the software of it the camera was blurring when you shot

BTW it probably got the Nougat update because of the powerful Nvidia chipset....

Anonymous, 28 Jan 2017It's only good if you have very low standards.There are almost no smartphones that launched with KitKat but got officially updated to Nougat. Yes, even the Nexus 5 by Google which launched with KitKat only went up to MM. So the Note4 duplicating the same trajectory is pretty good. Cheers!

Low standard or not I think its a big achievement from a company as big as Samsung

Sri, 28 Jan 2017Got Only December 2016 Security Patch Update weighing at ab... moreThe Note4 was released in 2014. Starting from Kitkat, it got updated to Lollipop and then to Marshmallow and still recieves regular security updates in 2017. In the Android realm, that is a pretty good achievement!

Got Only December 2016 Security Patch Update weighing at about 324MB on 15 January 2017 on Indian Version of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 N910GWEINS.
Hopefully there has been NO OS OTA Update Since Marshmallow Update Somewhere During March 2016.
Samsung has really slowed down the Updates. Really Hurting to know that the ₹42,000.00 (19 Oct 2015 Reliance Digital) phone will NEVER GET A NOUGAT UPDATE.. Then What is the use of Purchasing it at that Cost. Really Really Awful Situation. :'(
