Anonymous, 31 Jan 2017But there are still much better phones in this price segmentSomebody can only say that when he does not iunderstand what better means;). With that being said. nope, they aren"t! A phone has to also have Quality Hardware, inside AND outside. MIcrophone AND earpiece. Better? for some a cpu and ram means better. For others, is NOT enough. Especially if they stay on a very unexperienced NAme as xiomi and other boat made copycats. Theyr devices feel like are made out of paper. Life span 6 mounths...Still better? Na ja, you do not understand what better means...

As a Nokia owner, I have to wonder what differentiates this Android smartphone from the rest, software wise.

I haven't read _anything_ about the SW.

    Is it stock Android?
Did they do anything regarding the privacy issues with Android?

But you are right- it's just work fine and with great built quality and software update secured (it will always get the newest OS update just a bit latter than Pixels and Nexus- something luxury everywhere, especially in China where OS update for cheaper Nokia concurrents phones are scarce) it will serve you a long time. Nokia fans would always appreciate it.

I thought the major German MNOs players are O2, Telekom (former T-mobile) and Vodafone (alphabetic order).

Thanks Mobilcom-Debiltel, we don't need overpriced Chinese phones. We just need competitively priced Chinese phones like OnePlus 3T or Xiaomi Mi5

And i hope they can bring it to Lebanon to change the people's opinion here that Nokia phones are ridiculous and cheap and ancient....i mean we should look at our mid-range samsungs and we will realise they aren't better than ANY Nokia phone

If it is true- then it would be great. Debitel is one of the largest mobile operator in Europe and the biggest in Germany. Binding Nokia phones with operator's deal is a good move to boost sales and introduce Nokia back on the Old Continent.
