Since hauwei are soo good why didnt they just use the front fingerprint sensor from the start and add navigation functions then?? Huawei fantards mentality is a joke, its bad when others copy but huawei implememnt it better so its fine LOL

Huawei did do differently with rear finger print and it was a hit unlike the lazy ripoff from Samsung. The front fp is used now because new finger print sensors can now be used as navigation function as well and ofcourse to overcome shortcoming of turning on the phone when on the table. And if you noticed the P10 plus has fingerprint both in front and back.
Iris scanner was on phones like Vivo and Fujitsu prior to Microsoft. And yes Huawei in Honor magic has the best implementation yet.
And your the one whining under an article about Huawei phone. You shouldn't be here.

Well microsoft did the iris scanner samsung copied it but i bet in your eyes huawei will implement it better/different so its fine.

Because curved screen as implemented by Huawei is an upgrade over the 2.D screens and is better visually and in usage. And not the gimmicks that Samsung has on its edge.
Doesn't change fact that your whining about something that Samsung blatantly copied from iphone. At least Huawei was different with the rear position all this while .
Yes porsche design version is costly exactly because of the name just like any other porsche design phones. For regular buyers the Mate 9 pro is available which is same spec but priced at 680$.

Yes samsung copied fingerprint sensor not from apple but motorolla all apple did was make it popular. If apple can sue samsung for having rounded icons, then samsung could have a field day over the huawei phone design. Luckily the have chinese laws supporting them so your beloved huawei is fine.
So you saying making a curved amoled screen and sticking a porsche logo justifies a 1200 dollar price tag??
Amoled does have issues no one said it didn't but it has alot more advantages like it doesnt need a back light, its thin and flexible, does better blacks.
Whereas LCD does better whites.

Curved screens are on numerous phones from China since last year. It is part of a general trend because of wider availability. And if you bothered to look at the Mate 9 pro rather than just images, the curves are totally subtle like almost none and looks clearly different from Edge screens of Samsung in both look and function. So your obsession with Huawei is unwarranted.
While your mouth is foaming over the front finger print sensor lets not forget Samsung blatantly ripped it off from the iPhone.
Im using Huawei since 2014. Prices have remained the same actually, and instead what Huawei does is release a premium version of phones along with the general version, over which they increase price for that special version while providing higher specs to justify it. Not to forget Huawei now has its partner Honor phones with budget prices.
And Amoled screen development differs year to year compared to LCDs. So Amoled will be preferred based on its year to year status rather being a fantard about it. And yes LCD have obvious advantages (as well as disadvantages), but fantards want to pretend like Amoleds have nothing wrong.

[deleted post]Its about time samsung copied something off Huawei because the last few months Huawei been doing alot to copy Samsung even the whole front of the Mate 9 Porsche edition and thes P10 look like Samsung devices from the front. I personally prefer a front fingerprint sensor so will wait to see if these rumours are true, if they are I wont be purchasing a samsung this year I keep my S7 edge and Note 4.
Amoled was used on the samsung galaxy S2 about 6 years ago in 2011, yeah its about pricing hence why their flagships were cheap now that they have a big market share the prices have gone up.
Never said Huawei said anything bad about the AMOLED displays it was the huawei FANTARDS (as you say) who used to say it wasnt up to scratch and used to bang on about how good LCD was.
Huawei even know it isn't :D

When samsung did it oh its curved displays useless, amoled has issues like burn in.
When huawei do it the story changes hauwei will improve the tech. How do you think Amoled tech improves someone has to use the tech yearly and improve it.
Do people think if everyone used LCD screens even samsung to this day and one year samsung decided to make Amoled displays that they would be as good as they are now to do this day?
No tech improves and thank god we have amoled for years.

Looks like a samsung phone from the front, got the Iris scanner from the microsoft phone and Note 7. All the huawei fanboys who used to say back was better for the fingerprint sensor seems like your precious Huawei don't think so.
China can get away with crap like this because of their laws if Samsung or Apple did this crap they be getting sued.
Guess huawei want to confuse their customers and make them think its a Samsung Galaxy device, next they probably copy Samsung and release exploding devices :D LOL
