If you have OP3T and/or HM9pro, try to do that kind of speed test 3x in a row, restart after finish all lap and do it again and again, you will see something and will surprise you.
Do it to your flagship phone and compare it. Faster is good but endurance is better.

What else do you have? I don't like these phones..
No SD card & no waterproof makes me say pass, no matter what specs it has..

the reason that the huawei phones takes longer to reopen the previously opened apps is power management.. if apps are kept on running on the background it will drain the phones battery.. so huawei managed their ram to hold the apps operation in the background to increase battery life.. huawei phones are power efficient.. it lasts longer even though they have smaller battery than their competitors....

I like your comment. You're right. everything have it way to do the hack, it all depend on how to the tester think. but for me this milisecond are nothing. the importandly is the clash on the app. like some others brand, it even clash while texting.

Anonymous, 02 Feb 2017i dont care about speed anymore, all high-end phone are no ... moreThey're very different. An iPhone feels far faster than a galaxy S to the point that I was not able to use my galaxy S daily after I returned to it (I had a brif stint with iphone 7).
I'm glad OnePlus pays attention to Ram retention and created a phone almost as fast as an iPhone (in every day usage) without sacrificing the customizability that android offers (iphone's smoothness comes at the cost of less features). Samsung should follow suit. Try to make a phone where things happen almost instantly...

The second round is what matters most, the first round only matter ater you have first rebooted your phone, the second round is ram retention and mate 9 Pro obviously has issues there. In the long run 3T would feel far faster. Context matters!

Following an old... moreThis not a benchmark app. What are you talking about? Your post has nothing to do with this test. Who cares about Antutu and Geekbench, the fault is with those using them.
This test in unhackable because it's a real time test. A test that *you* can duplicate in your every day use. If your device is faster in every day tasks then ... well... it's faster, period!

Those test is biased, if you notice the previous test from the same guy, between Huawei and iPhone, one game wasn't there, which is the "fit the fat", which is only app that delayed the Huawei in the second lap from wining!
So basically, before publish the test, I (the tester) go and test some apps which have bug with specific device model, and test it with the compititor device, and include it in the test!
There, you can now control who's wining and who's not!
BTW, I don't like Huawei or one plus, I'm just stating the fact that those results mean nothing to choose you device.

AnonD-627034, 01 Feb 2017OnePlus falsified results in benchmarks Following an old... moreYou know that unlike samsung before them(who was downright giving false results) oneplus and miezu were just forcing the cpu cores to run at full capacity thus releasing a somewhat achieveble result.And i don't know about meizu but i'm sure oneplus3/3t beat the s7/edge in every real life speedtest i've seen(and i'm 99% sure those were real)
