When come to new product launch... morePeople are not demanding, they are happy with what they have, no complaints, as long as facebook and whatsapp works, satisfied, hence the lethargy nature of companies to update the software. Phones here are not locked to carriers as well do not know why the delay.

All the criticism in the world and Sami still do not care to launch updates in a timely manner. Really after a whole year of the introduction of the phone!!!

I don´t blame Samsung for delivering poor customer support by delaying the updates with the hope us customer will buy the new S8.
I do blame them for delivering false promises about update dates.

Not even surprised by this! When come to new product launch Singapore will be first in line to get it but when come to major software update or even the monthly security patch, you won't even get it. Fact is fact, software update is just simply slow in Singapore.

You all forgot how many other things in your life is as outdated as android jellybean. Are your tv updated? Need that 60inch 8K display. Are your clothes updated? Oh my, I need to get that updated looks from Paris Spring fashion weeks. Are your kitchen sinks updated? Yup, gotta get that latest sink model from Kraus. Are your house design updated according to 2017 trend? Time to reform your house again.
Oh, you only update your smartphone of all things? Lame. You yourself is the worst in updates!

Samsung is the worst in updates. Lg and Sony already updated phones. Samsung forgets and abandoned devices. Remember tab pro 8.4. I like their phones. But they suck at that.
