I have had this feature for the last 1 month in India

Hahaha just noticed this feature on my iOS by chance yesterday. Thought it was available already but just got discovered yesterday. Anyway, I was looking for this feature from ages already. Tiny but super useful! Thanks YT!

Yeah It's been a week since they've released the update and it's annoying as fuck. Whenever I try to get out of the fullscreen mode, it rewinds the video -_-

Only missed being able to do this kind of thing since the demise of a proper D-PAD ,,hate trying to get correct position in songs or videos in any app,,this will make youtube a bite easier using boring slab devices devoid of real buttons.

Better add touch controls on the tablet version of the app like every self-respecting video app (flick left to go back, flick left to go forwards, flick up/down on the left side of the screen (brightness), flick up/down on the right side (audio). Those are ubiquitous controls that every video app (on tablets at least) use them .... but youtube noooo, for years now, noooo ... by comparison it's a usability nightmare to the point that I often prefer to watch youtube videos on alternative players...

This is not so new. I got it about 2 or 3 weeks ago :)

I'm still using YouTube version 11 on all of my smart devices, since YouTube destroyed the UI with version 12, so I don't get a couple useful features, but be honest, how hard is it to just click on the video's time monitor?

Why not drag to forward or rewind?

I've had this for a month now
