That is always the case. All the vendors update their current line up first before going to the earlier ones.

Update denied for last years X series.
Lenovo/moto can't push updates for older devices.

Updated here in India. Overall a nice upgrade with nearly smooth performance. Battery life got a little worse but still it is much better than other OEMs. But have to say, camera has took a drastic hit though. It is noticeably poor than on marshmallow...

At least Xpure get update for 2nd times. Galaxy s3 only got once & it took almost a year. Moto OS has no issue need to get update. So far only xperia flagship get update world wide

Please note that the microsd card needs to be pulled out before the update. My card was corrupted after the update. I was forced to format it. Wattsapp is also having issues with detecting the card. The card needs to be unmounted and remounted. Then the phone needs to be rebooted.

And yet the older flagship devices like the Droid Turbo 2/Moto X Force, Moto X Style are running on Android Marshmallow. Lenovo Moto is upgrading the newer devices first rather than the ones before that. Even the cheap Moto G has Nougat running now. And still no sign for the earlier devices.....strange, Motorola or I must say, Lenovo Moto ?
