When they offer a 7s, 7s Plus and 8, they want to have the 7s line for the more conservative people and the 8 as some kind of leading product and product to show against the competitors. You can already see this with Xiaomi Mi 5s, Mi 5s Plus and Mi Mix

It stated that the maxed out model will cost above $ 1000 (currently iPhone 7 Plus 256GB 969$) which is already the case in other countries like Germany where it costs € 1119. but of course the title "iPhone for $ 1000" sounds scandalous and if you don't read the whole article and don't have any background knowledge, you make a wrong interpretation pretty quick.

its pre... moreI can bet you that the wireless charging apple is going to put won't be any revolutionary and regular wireless charging. Only difference is that, it won't be Optional. If you buy that iPhone, you will automatically pay for that gimmick, because iPhone X or whatever it will be called, will be priced accordingly for all the bundled hardware.
It won't have regular charging, just that "wired" wireless charging. and wireless charger will be bundled, and people like u will pay for it.
