No Matter, 11 Feb 2017A glass back... what is the matter with all manufacturers? For wireless charging and glossy back. Since their failed attempt to copy Samsung's back with glossy metal was crappy, so now they are just going to copy all the way.

Well it is, it doesn't bring real benefits and big problem with wireless is that you have to buy the charging plate seperately, very few does that because it's not worth of the extra money.
Definately not going to buy expensive charging plate if the Apple wireless is same than those current companies "wireless" tech.
But if it's a real distance charging, well that makes all the difference.

Regardless of maker. Wireless charging is not a draw card for me nor is it anything new. Glass backs .. no thanks.

So I'm guessing Apple is trying to go out and be a trail-blazer, by either making the smaller iPhone the more premium one, or adding more bezels to a smaller screen, therefore making the smaller-screened one bigger than the larger-screened one. Apparently, 'Think different' means stray away from the positive trend of bigger screens, and smaller bezels, and just go against it. (And can someone tell me why they're going with iPhone 8 instead of 7s?)

Only sad part is that people buying apple even when it's basicly releasing similar phone every year and putting higher prices. It's one greedy company. But smart.
Btw wireless charging is amazing. Using it with samsung and it's really convenient.

glass backs are awesome..i tend to go for those, even if they do get covered up in cases..its an all or none phenomenon with glass, especially gorilla glass..its either intact or its shattered...unlike metal or pc that gets scratched over a period of time..metal is good but when i handle it i get the same feeling like nails scratching a blackboard..

I actually swap between Android and iOS a lot. I find I don't use wireless charging or care if the back of the phone is made of glass, metal or ceramic. Both os's are fine and perform well. What I hate is Apple's insufferable attitude whenever they release a new version. I'll look at the 8 and see if it works for me :)

Congratulations. Apple caught up with Sammy . but there is a catch. Only 5" version. to catch up completely, it'll take at least one more year.
Can't forget Apple fanbois saying wireless charging gimmick and that "only stupid Sammy boys care about it"
BTW, I really don't care about wireless charging as well as I hate glass backs. Also not a Samsung fan

iPhone 8? what are they talking about? looking to the past, this year should be iPhone 7s... an updated iPhone 7 just like iPhone 6s and iPhone 5s... wtf? did they forget or they are talking about next years iphone already?
