I can't believe some ignorant thought nokia would take over microsoft....gosh, microsoft is way bigger than nokia for God's sake, and nokia wouldn't even think of such an evil intent.

Remmember when nokia released the 7650? no one expected it... now all smartphones have biult in cameras. Remmember the N95? no one expected that too... Now all smartphones have GPS,Wi-Fi and so on and so on... Just wait to see what's coming next and then comment about the OS or the UI... Me personal opinion is that the Nokia Windows phone will be the next benchmark for others to follow.

This is good news.
It's good that Nokia CAN now customize WP7 OS as they please.
I hope they can make the WP7 OS more better than the original.
Nokia, I'm starting to love you again!
And because of that, I'm looking forward for your cheap WP7 phones.. (5230 price) Hehe.

Nokia is known for creating feauture rich handsets, it broke all the rules whne it launched the my all time favorate Nokia 6600 couple of years ago, that handset became a benchmark, everybody started developing handset based on that handset, now it has done the collaboration with Windows 7 OS which has got good looks, but practically speaking apart from fast internet it does nothing...don't have trust with WP 7 but hoping Nokia would comeup with something great again this time, that will again create history....waiting eagerly for this...please Nokia do not dissapoint us....

Just felt LOL reading all the comments........Hope any1 waits and sees the possible outcome of Nokia Microsoft Partnership. No doubt and arguing over Nokia being No.1 Phone Maker and MS being No.1 Software Giant.............But I only Hope Nokia recovers now and something good happens because as of now because what Nokia has done with the lovely Symbian makes me worried.........however no doubt MS has done a good job with WP 7.............also please note an OS cannot be created overnight and iOS and Andriod are getting better but compared to Symbian as an OS sorry long way as of now.........UX is not everything there should be something equivalent beneath too...Don't know why so much fuss over WP7 getting copy paste and multitasking later via update??

please stop crossing your line nokia is better with symbian to much smartphöne with os WM before u, wisely explor again os symbian or maemo defeat android espessialy apple 4 of course with new look & up date hardware . It's simple if u want to try learn it but not to long cause time is möney.. & nokia.. cönecting people..
