Anonymous, 17 Feb 2017There must be a reason as to why Sharp didn't push on its s... moreLow demand obviously. Japan are not fond with using smartphone but prefer using feature flip-phone more. And in China there is no Google services so, naturally not many are interested spending too much on an android flagship phone when they can buy iphone at the same price with full App store support or they could just buy cheap chinese phone.

Is it real 93% or will it come to 85% in GSMArena's calculation.

There must be a reason as to why Sharp didn't push on its series of bezel-less Aquos phones...

But the sad thing is both Sharp and XiaoMi had limited availability, either in Japan or China... You can get yours elsewhere but be prepared to pay a lot more, either via self importing or getting via parallel import...

RasacL, 17 Feb 2017It's ceramic, not glass. Ceramic is one of the hardest mate... moreCeramic are very brittle but yes, its is incredibly durable. Ceramic knife stay sharp longer than metal knife. But if this ceramic knife fall, it easily snap in half. High-tech ceramic is used in watchmaking for producing watch cases. The material is valued by watchmakers for its light weight, scratch resistance, durability and smooth touch. IWC is one of the brands that initiated the use of ceramic in watchmaking. Though, ceramic are costlier than glass. Then again, it is extremely brittle compare to glass. Dont forget, ceramic is made from clay powder. Its merely baked earth unlike glass which is melted.

Smallest bezels in the market , removable all, could withstand falls pretty well, most ram for its time. Best camera and screen for its time ... it all went downhill since then for Samsung.

So it's definitely possible, but greedy companies only give half the features people need so that to cause us to buy 2 or 3 phones and become richer. Android arena used to better than iphones in that, you could always find a behemoth there ... now things are far less clear anymore...
