Hope this will fix my ear sensor problem. Its allways on so the screen turns of always during call even when the phone is not near my ear. By sory my bad english.

You can f... moreI remembered a post in XDA from the Z3 era that rooting the Xperia Z3 disables a number of the phone features, including the S-Force surround sound, Bravia Engine and "advanced camera algorithms (including low-light processing)".
I can personally attest to that as i faced the same issue.
Does that still apply to the Z5?
I'm from Singapore too and thats the only reason I'm holding back

It was still the pure stock 7.0 android from Google to z5 regardless. Nothing new.

Got nougat on my z5, it's awesome I love it, especially with the pixel x launcher. Very satisfied.

This game (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.gp.bejeweledskies) and others does not work after the update (Z5P) Android 6.0.1 32.2.A.0.305 to 32.3.A.0.376 Android 7.0
I think it's problms with Vulkan high performance, low-overhead, 3D API from Khronos. This should mean improved graphics with a lower CPU utilisation. Vulkan drivers shipped with Android Nougat firmware for select hardware, including the Snapdragon 810 chipset found in the Xperia Z5 series.
However, Sony has confirmed that the Xperia Z5 family does not have Vulkan driver support on Nougat firmware. The only Sony Xperia devices to support the Vulkan API are the Xperia X, X Compact, X Performance and the XZ. I hpe that the new update will fix this problem

Just as a heads up, it is always better to make a clean upgrade, not a "dirty" one.
Save or backup everything you need, hard reset the phone, then upgrade. This way you will not have any bugs or unwanted surprises.

They already have Android 1.4" Bezel update, they don't need any more...
