Sony Xperia Z5 family getting new update

Aside from the Xperia Z5 range, the Xperia Z3 Plus and Xperia Z4 tablet are also getting the same update.

I still didn't get the nougat on my Z5 dual E6683, Sony is too slow in OTA update, Xperia companion also unresponsive.

    I got the update last night for my Z5 compact in Germany. Notification bar is new, so is quick access. Found a dedicated data saver mode, which I had not seen earlier.Splitscreen had to be enabled manually in System UI configurator. Quick access to 3s timer for selfie cam is also welcome :) Number 32.3.A.0.376, Dec patch. No major bugs yet, just a small lag for the background picture focus when switching to homescreen.

You can flash another country's firmware that has been updated to a newer version and carries the same model number as your device (e.g E6583). You can check any forum official or unofficial to keep track of which countries tend to get updated faster. I live in Greece and since it's the only country in Europe that updates carrier "locked" firmwares faster than customised.gr firmwares, I choose Russia unlocked that tends to get updated sooner than Greece. Only bloatware changes, nothing else.

              You are lucky to have the updates. Singapore users are left far behind. The current z5 firmware version is 32.2.A.0.305, up to date.

              Very pissed off by now.

                I am sure it would be kind of bug fix update. Since I updated my Xperia Z5 to Nought, there were some bugs like sudden freeze, unable to update apps on Mobile Data.
