Just zoomed on and it is a photo shopped something. Bottom and top bezels are not lined up and seem to be covering the old screen itself.

That's pretty freaking sharp, and even if the release unit has a logo it wouldn't really do much considering it's just there for aesthetics and not in any way indicative of compromise.

going on with this design language simply means that the difference between an s8 g6 mi 6 whatever would be just the oem logo since they all have very slim bezels and no capacitive keys just a boring slab of display and a back side with a camera so where is the ingenuity about that ?? few years from now we would say remember the days each mobile had a distinctive design like the htc 10 or the s6 edge when it first came out and so on , for me that is really a turn off even though it doesnt look bad
