And I doubt that these things so called "feature phones" are still relevant since we are now at very aggressive internet age! If they just want to sell these for reason then why not just sells the actual units supposedly that people are really wanted? Most people just can't alone without opening their social media accounts and there are only few actually uses sms too and do regular calling, the pricing is a bit high for just only such thing too that you could get a better things good for your needs at that price! Sorry but I think this is a bit nonsense and not worthy.

The new 3310 will be for those that want it to make regular phone calls and some text messages. For that, this phone is better than the buggy and 1/2 day lasting battery iphone 4. Oh, and it won't lose signal...

Feature phones are for different things than smartphones.
Better battery,physical keyboard for typing more easily,
cheaper than smartphones,pocket friendly,more lightweight than smartphones
oftenly give more talk time,more beautifuly designed etc.

We aren't middle aged yet especially with life expectancy to reach beyond 90 in the coming decades. But this phone like the mini NES or NES Classic Edition is based mostly on nostalgia and nothing more. But a great phone to keep in my glove compartment. Blind texting, ftw.
