Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom US launch has been delayed

The information came in the form of a reply to a query on Facebook, where-in the company said the device has been delayed until Q2.

    I checked several Chinese reviews and the photo quality was bad from the main camera. Not sure how they managed to screw it up as the sensor is fantastic. Hopefully they are fixing that.

      They lost me. If they can't disclose the specs now, then they won't be ready in Q2. I suspect the price will go up and battery life down... for "features" I don't want.

        Anonymous, 25 Feb 2017they delayed the zenfone 2 zoom by 8-9 months at very high ... morebeen looking at this phone because of the camera and the battery, ram and chipset seemed perfect for what i use it for. was very excited to see a phone lasting so long on a single charge, now will have a better chipset but will suck the power right out of it. sad

          I was looking forward to this coming out... I actually want them to keep the snapdragon 625. That paired with a 5000mah battery should make for insane battery life.

                  I hope they put a snapdragon 635 inside the phone.

                        That's sad. I was looking forward to it's review. It seemed to have a flagship-killing camera and superb battery life with the combo of 5000 mAh and SD 625.

                          Actually already happy with the current specs. But hey an upgrade for the same price won't be bad. Though that's unlikely to happen.
