In real world usage, the Kirin 960 is almost unnoticeable in its performance lead, it may mean loading a webpage half a second faster, which is almost negatable. Performance mostly comes down to RAM and GPU, and let me tell you, the Adreno on the 821 wipes the floor with the Mali that the Kirin packs. As for athstetics, there really is no competition. The glass on the G6 mixed with the small bezels on the front simply crush the clunky design of the P10, which just seems boring in comparison to the G6. As for software, LG's is so much better, as it modifies the stock look of Android, while not completely replacing it like Huawei has, but still adds many more useful features, like the knock code to unlock your phone, or being able to put a button that pulls down the notification shade in your navigation bar. And plus, LG updated their flagship to Nougat months ago, while Huawei just released it. LG is the clear winner

I'm only stating my opinion and some facts to go along with. I'm just a tech enthusiast and also i can't afford these phones. I had bought only one flagship till now and that was 5 years ago. I'm not even considering to buy one in the near future. My Redmi 3s prime is serving me well enough to get by. Most people in the comment section won't buy one either.

I was hoping for a P10 Lite announcement too, even if release was still a month or too away. If it looks similar to the P10 even with lower specs, it would definately be worth looking at.

If they want to ... moreObviously they still have some way before they can really surpass Apple and Samsung, but they're doing it, and not slowly. Huawei is actually pretty known in my country, the Middle East, Europe, Australia and the UK, and yes, of course - China. They're doing a good job, and the P10 and P10 Plus are both certainly attractive devices, and I'm sure the sales will do fine.

If they want to keep growing, they should offer better deal than their competitors. From what i know, they are popular in China only. I haven't seen a single Huawei smartphone in my country and they are not popular in US too. They still have a long way to go to reach Samsung and Apple. BTW i'm from India and Samsung dominates here.
