And I'm talking about pure loudness on DAC, which is obviously far better on the Axon 7, V20, and HTC 10, but quality wise, the XZ is easily among them as the best ones you could find in a smartphone heck why in the Philippines, tech reviewers are considering the XZ for audiophile people. Go read some reviews about this if you want to know

I have listened to Xperia XZ and it's just as loud as the Exynos S7 Edge, disregarding the quality which is light years ahead of Samsung as always because of Hi-Res audio

Juan Bagnell made an audio review about the XZ and the internal DAC is just as loud as the Exynos S7 Edge, which in itself is already quite low, not talking about the quality in which the XZ easily kills the S7 Edge no contest period. Even then, Sony's Hi-Res audio DAC for the XZ Premium and XZs would obliterate every single audiophile phones right now, including the Axon 7, V20, and HTC 10. Samsung better come up with greater DAC or else their audio game will fall behind once again

I buy and sell phones, i know very well. If Htc had Akg headphones it could have a logic. But Samsung did not deserve audiophile grade heaphones. Samsung sounds very low and cheap on headphones. It is so stupid to put such headphones for a phone with such mediocre hp amplifier.
