I see already two dumb decisions
1. curved screen is useless and makes it harder to do things with your screen and cases are worse
2. 23MP on the rear camera. Better stick with 12MP and bigger pixels.
And I hope that this doesn't turn out true and that they wait until SD835 is available

please please please try to use procie from xiaomi so you'll not be depended on sd835. you have r&d in ur company try to compare kirin and pine if they're better or at least same with sd835, use them. i'll still buy it anyway

ToonToon, 28 Feb 2017Why people hate flat screen?They don't, they simply prefer the side bezels to also be screen, if you think about it you don't lose any screen estate, you just add a bit more tk the side (what formerly used to be bezels).
Many of us basically hate bezels since they have outlived their purpose. With modern palm rejection techniques + a proper case you have a better protected phone than one with no protection + large bezels which is also smaller (that one of the same screen size without case but with bezels).
The ideal phone is a 5.2 incher with no bezels, as it is as small as the original iphone (one handed use) with screen big enough for every/most modern uses.
If you add to that plenty of ram (snapiness on android) and removable batt (zero charge time + the ability to go forever by bringing a spare) you've done built the perfect phone. Everything else would be extra (good cameras, fingertip, ir, waterproof).
Of course nobody would build that. No companies' idea of a good phone is one that is "perfect to everything" but rather one that sells well without canibalizing future sales. So yeah, we won't see "the perfect phone" sadly ... new oneplus may come close though.

looks like they will use the S7 Edge displays. I doubt they will use the SD821 though as it is already being utilized by the 3T.
I hope this one includesn a expansion slot; but that 256GB storage option looks like the slot won't be present, again.
