AnonD-7907, 05 Mar 2017Yea.. keep saying that to yourself...Almost everyone who is using both operating systems on a daily basis will tell you the same thing. That is, if they're using them for business stuff and productivity tasks - meaning they're business professionals. The average smartphone user who just does personal stuff on their phones and occasionally do lightweight work won't see a big difference between the two.
Besides, the internet is full of proof and comparisons to prove my point.

      Well,your talking rubbish my friend, Android is getting far ahead of windows in every way, it's just behind in some Windows and desktop tasks only, try to use Windows chrome browser to access Ryanair website, try working with a wireless printer on Android vs windows, try to make a quick edit to a photo,or even a simple print screen, Android does 97% of a windows computer does and in 88% of those better and faster, not to say that a computer does not do several tasks that android devices do. Windows his dying there is no way to catch up with android they just made it better and faster an installation of an high end android device now takes the same space as Windows pc witch means same functionality you simply are to used to use Windows to even think of doing certain tasks with your phone but start building a mind set everytime you need to do something in a pc and have spare seconds set it up in your Android phone and you will see that next time you will do it much easier and faster, I have 10 windows pc's and laptops I have been building, repairing and installing everything from scratch in both and with time I realised I could do the same things more effectively.. You make an insurance policy and need to print it you don't have the wireless printer installed in any of the devices so start with that wireless printer, Xperia.x takes 39s to download 27mb file and install, 5s to connect to printer 2s to chose blank and white 3s to start printing, Windows on an i5 6gb ram, 120gb ssd, takes 1.31m to download , about 8 to 10 steps to install next/next/agree/ok 3.21m to install after that, then you have to go to control panel to find it (Epson) and add new printer after several steps installed , now open document with printer go to settings chose black and white 4m if you are computer geek,send to printer 22s to communication and starting printing. You get the picture and I don't need to speak about safety right? Yeah Microsoft is going down, on mobile devices, Nokia and blackberry(OS) changed to android Sony and HTC stopped making them. Apple seems to be the only one trying to keep up but doing a terrible job to unflexible..

          AnonD-643350, 02 Mar 2017Man pleaseeeeee, professionals are here, don't put comments... moreWhy would you consider yourself a 'professional' for using an Android device? I'm using both Android and Windows and for professionals and business purposes, Windows is far ahead of Android. Not even iOS or BBOS can compare to Windows when it comes to getting stuff done.

          Don't get me wrong, Android can do almost everything a Windows phone does, but it takes a lot more steps to do it.
          Windows = ease of use, advanced UI/UX, useful customization (not just aesthetics), and smart features that make all productivity tasks a breeze to complete;
          Android = abundance of apps, games, and support from developers, and can also be used for work, but it's not productivity-oriented.

                      Anonymous, 02 Mar 2017So this is a new feature? Glove mode? Had this on my old... moreSeveral of Audiophile friends of mine love their Z series for its HiFi audio quality and this LDAC support is pretty big deal for some audiophile.

                      Especially LDAC capable portable player is like $250 at 16gb and it could go up all the way to the $1000+. Now its one with your phone.
